1. Put yourself in place of one of the boys who escaped the crash but was forced to watch "helplessly as Rob died." What is going through your head? How do you feel physically and mentally? How do you think that you will feel tomorrow?
*If I were one of the boys that had to watch" helplessly" as Robbie burned to death I would not even be able to explain what was going through my head. (If I had to say what was going through my head though, I would say, I could not bare to even look at him, he was burning how could you watch a friend die.) I would think of myself as a distrusting friend because, I could not help, well I could have helped but, I might have been burned too. I would also feel angry at my self deppresed, mostly because I was "selfish" because, even though I tried I could not get him out of that death trap. How would I feel physically? I would most likely have an adreniline rush to keep him alive, but then feel so, drained knowing" nothing" I possibly tried to do would help. The next day after the accident I wouldn't even be able to get out of bed. I would be crying nonstop, I would not be able to eat.and I probably wouldn't be up to talking to anyone much. I believe my statements are great examples for, How I would feel when my close friend died?

2. When you hear or read of a car accident that involved teenagers, what do you tend to assume was the cause of the accident? What about if you hear about an accident involving the elderly? Explain your answers.
If I heard of an accident involving teens I would assume drunk driving. I would assume this because you hear about drunk driving with teens all the time in the news it "never stops". Another reason is people know that teens like to party, drink, and etc. This leads into where the parents don't know that the child was at a party because, their child did not go over with them that they were going, most likely because they would not be allowed to go. Then the child drives home drunk and wreck which is normally pretty devestateing. If I heard about an accident about the elderly I could asume they don't have the best vision. They could run into someone or something very easeily if they did not have their perscribed glasses on.
