One hobby I really enjoy is playing music. I play very often, almost everyday. I usually play out of boredom, but I do really enjoy playing.
I got into playing when I was about 11. I started playing because I thought I needed a hobby. My whole family palys instruments, and I felt like an odd ball not playing one, so, I asked my dad to teach me guitar. I also started playing because I love music.
I continued playing guitar for a while just out of boredom, but after about a year or two of playing, I realized that not only do I play just because I enjoy it, but because it's relaxing. When I playing I feel like the weight and stress of school and other problems just disappear, along with the stress from the day.
I would love to be involved in something with music when I get older. I think if anything I would want to teach people the guitar, or any other instrument I could. I would love sticking with playing music as I get older. I would like to go to a music centered college, but I still have a while to decide.
I honestly love playing music, and I don't know who I would be without my guitar. I hope I can continue playing for the rest of my days !
