My favorite place is Holden Beach, North Carolina. My family has so many crazy, fun memories there its just a place we can all go and relax and just have fun. When we get to the cosway you can instantly smell the salty sea air. We always head straight for the beach. As soon as I see the cloudy blue ocean, I know I can instantly forget everything thats been bugging me.
On the actual first day, when we wake up, my cousin and I get to just run around the house ike we're 4 years old. Every house is something different. The only thing thats the same is we're always right on the ocean. During the day we spend our time on the beach playing football and body surfing. We do the same thing everyday. It sounds boring but when your with us it's definitley not. At night we either got to the amusement park about five minutes away from the house or we just sit on the deck overlooking the ocean, turn on some music and just joke around withe each other until about 3 or 4 in the morning. The amusement park wasn't really an option last year though. They have go carts and my cousin was to big for the kiddie ones and to little for the adult ones.
Our last full day there is always the most relaxing. We just hang lay on the beach. We don't play too many games if any and my grandma walks up the beach with my cousin and I. When it comes to the last day we know we have to savor every single second. So we don't start packing until around midnight that night for the long 12 hour trip back.
